Importantly, they allow the house to ”breathe,” enabling natural air circulation inside. Raw clay, hand-applied by professionals, is used in the interior plasters for its hygroscopic ability to self-regulate indoor humidity by absorbing excess moisture and releasing it when the air is too dry. Floors are made of wooden planks and lime-based terrazzo. Lime is also used in the paints for its natural properties to purify and sanitize spaces, preventing condensation and mold formation. The bathrooms feature textured surfaces that enhance their character.

Energy class A4 and home automation systems are planned. The project also includes adopting the VERA Rating protocol to monitor comfort, air quality, indoor healthiness, and consumption according to the dedicated technical configuration.
