Où La Nature Fait Partie De La Vie Nouvelles Résidences Privées À Collalbo

There are places where you don’t need to go far to feel immersed in nature. This new residential project in Collalbo, on the Renon plateau, is located in a quiet and green area, close to woods and hiking trails, yet just a few minutes’ drive from the town center.

A small residential building will be constructed, featuring only three housing units: one apartment on the ground floor, one on the first floor, and an attic with a particularly scenic view. Each unit offers spacious private outdoor areas, including balconies, terraces, and gardens, as well as a private cellar.

The basement will include garages and parking spaces.

The project will be built to CasaClima A Nature standards. Delivery is expected by summer 2027.

This solution is designed for those who see their home not just as a retreat, but as a place to live every day in close contact with nature.
