Reclaimed timber, locally sourced materials and traditional craftsmanship are combined with contemporary design, reflecting an architectural approach centered on sustainability and a close relationship with the surrounding ecosystem.

The house features a generous living area open to the forest, a fully equipped kitchen and several terraces and lounge spaces. The main suite includes a king-size bed, walk-in closet and a distinctive bathroom with twin showers facing the treetops. An outdoor shower further reinforces the connection with nature.

Outside, the private swimming pool is discreetly integrated into the tropical gardens. Decks, terraces and secluded outdoor areas create a succession of spaces where the boundaries between architecture and forest almost disappear.

The property is equipped with Starlink internet, its own water well and a generator. It is offered fully furnished and decorated, ready for immediate use.

Beyond the existing residence, the property has a stated additional building potential of 740 sqm.
