Access to the land is off the L3215 road, there is about 200 metres of road frontage and about 1.7 kms of coastline. The land features a planted treeline section where you will find a ruin of a stone building thought to have been occupied by a local family at some point in the early 1900’s. The land is entered at its high point and descends towards its foreshore boundaries on the east, south and west. The views from all elevations of this sheltered headland site are utterly magnificent and offer extended views out of the sheltered Oysterhaven bay towards the Atlantic Ocean.
