Dalt Vila is the walled old town of Ibiza, a UNESCO World Heritage Site that rises above the harbour on a fortified hilltop. Ibiza Town is the commercial and administrative centre of the island, with the ferry terminal connecting to Barcelona, Valencia, and Palma de Mallorca. Ibiza Airport is approximately seven kilometres from Dalt Vila, reachable in under fifteen minutes by car. Direct flights operate year-round to major European cities, with significantly expanded routes from April through October serving destinations across the continent.
