GUBBIO (PG): The farm is located in the municipality of Gubbio in an easily accessible area, in a hilly position and with land suitable for all types of crops typical of the area and spaces suitable for grazing animals. The property includes various farmhouses, partly restored and partly in ruins.

DESCRIPTION OF BUILDINGS

The property includes several rural buildings constituting the centre of the farm, part of which were restored years ago:

* woodland of about 1 hectares divided between oaks, hornbeams and oak trees suitable for wood production

* meadow of about 1,000 sqm ;
