215 N Birch Road, A2 Fort Lauderdale, Floride

Incredible close up Intracoastal views unfold through wall to wall slider windows; magnificent day or night. This light filled corner residence has been tastefully updated with a new kitchen, quartzite countertops, marble floors in the living areas, carpeted bedroom. The Versailles is a boutique building just a block from the beach, ideally located near top Las Olas and beachside restaurants, the Water Taxi, and Fort Lauderdale airport. A well run building with a new roof, updated pool and expansive deck, and strong reserves. And again, the views are amazing.
