A vast estate with an elegant country house, gîtes, a private stable and 3.6 hectares of grounds, nestled 55 kilometres south-east of Paris, near the town of Barbizon and Fontainebleau forest. There are three bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms on the ground floor and two spacious bedrooms on the first floor. In the semi-basement, there is an old relaxation space with a swimming pool, a jacuzzi and a terrace. The house is entirely liveable, yet it requires special attention for maintenance and some parts need to be renovated. A caretaker’s house is set back from the entrance gate. It looks out at neighbouring meadows where racing horses graze. Indeed, equestrianism feels omnipresent here. At the end of the estate, there are horse-riding structures: a stable with 11 looseboxes, a covered riding school and a riding arena with a fibre-sand surface that covers 3,000m². They could be separated. And more than 2,300m² of land that can be built upon edges the estate along roughly 40 linear metres of the road. The estate is both bucolic and well-structured.
