The building stands in an area of particular historical significance, closely connected to the Florence of ancient merchants’ workshops and prominent noble families. The heart of the property consists of two magnificent reception rooms, distinguished by their generous proportions and distinctive character. These impressive spaces are perfectly suited to both private living and entertaining guests in a refined and sophisticated setting.

A charming dining room, located on the mezzanine level adjacent to the kitchen, provides a more intimate and inviting atmosphere. The sleeping accommodation includes a spacious bedroom with its own bathroom, while a second bathroom and a convenient storage room complete the layout.
