This home introduces a new standard of wellness-led living in the historic centre of Felanitx. The elegant property offers a generous living, dining, and kitchen area that flows naturally onto a private terrace, creating a calm and light-filled environment suited to contemporary Mediterranean life. A private garage adds everyday practicality in this central village setting.
The design is guided by principles of conscious luxury, where scale, harmony, and natural materials are carefully balanced. Lime-washed breathable walls, locally sourced materials, and grounded electrics support a healthy indoor climate, while underfloor heating and integrated air conditioning ensure comfort throughout the year. The bespoke kitchen is entirely non-toxic, crafted with formaldehyde-free cabinetry and natural finishes to maintain excellent air quality. Custom-built wardrobes follow the same philosophy, using low-toxicity plywood and considered materials free from harmful off-gassing.
Each of the three bedrooms is furnished with 100 percent organic natural latex mattresses by Kipli, offering chemical-free sleep comfort and ergonomic support. Artisan pieces sourced from Mallorca, France, and Poland complement bespoke carpentry, natural stone details, and organic textiles, reinforcing a home that feels both contemporary and deeply rooted.
Located within walking distance of Felanitx market, local cafés, and everyday amenities, and within easy reach of Cala Marçal and the vineyards surrounding the town, this home offers a private retreat in a well-connected and authentic neighbourhood.
Felanitx sits in the southeast of Mallorca, roughly 45 kilometres from Palma, at the foot of the Puig de Sant Salvador hill. It is one of the island’s most authentically Mallorcan market towns, with a well-preserved historic centre built around the 17th-century parish church of Sant Miquel. The town has long been associated with ceramics, wine production, and the local capers industry, giving it a working identity that distinguishes it from the more tourist-oriented coastal settlements nearby.
The weekly Sunday market on the Plaça de la Font is a practical anchor for daily life. The town centre has a good range of local shops, bakeries, and cafés. Cala Marçal and Cala Ferrera on the east coast are around 10 kilometres away by car. The wine estates of the Pla i Llevant denomination, including Miquel Oliver and Jaume Mesquida, are within a short drive.
Palma is approximately 45 minutes by car via the Ma-15. There is a regular bus service connecting Felanitx to Palma, though a car is the practical choice for most journeys. Palma de Mallorca Airport is around 50 kilometres away, roughly 45 to 55 minutes by road, and operates year-round international routes to major European cities, with significantly expanded connections during the summer season.
