La Resina Golf sits within the New Golden Mile, the coastal corridor stretching between Estepona and Puerto Banús that has become one of the Costa del Sol’s most sought-after residential addresses. The enclave takes its name from the adjacent La Resina Golf and Country Club, and the wider area is defined by low-density residential developments, mature Mediterranean landscaping, and direct proximity to the coastline. It occupies a quieter register than Marbella while remaining firmly within its orbit.

The beach is reachable within minutes by car, and the N-340 coastal road connects residents to Puerto Banús in around ten minutes and central Estepona in a similar timeframe. Selwo Aventura Park is immediately adjacent. Estepona’s old town offers a weekly market, the Mercado de Abastos, and a well-established restaurant scene along Calle Real.

Estepona town centre is approximately eight kilometres to the west, and Puerto Banús is roughly twelve kilometres to the east. Marbella is reachable in under thirty minutes by car. Málaga-Costa del Sol Airport, the main international gateway for the region, is approximately seventy kilometres away via the AP-7 toll motorway, translating to a journey of around fifty to sixty minutes depending on traffic.
