Buenas Noches is a well-established residential enclave on the western edge of Estepona, positioned directly along the Costa del Sol coastline between Estepona town and the Bahía Dorada beach area. The zone is characterised by low-density residential development, open sea views across the Bay of Estepona, and a backdrop of the Sierra Bermeja mountains. It sits apart from the more commercialised stretches of the coast, offering a quieter residential character while remaining within easy reach of Estepona’s centre.

Estepona town centre, with its pedestrianised old quarter, covered market on Calle Castillo, and seafront promenade, is approximately ten minutes by car. The Buenas Noches beach is directly accessible on foot. Puerto Deportivo de Estepona, with waterfront restaurants including El Gaviero, is a short drive west. Marbella and Puerto Banús are around twenty minutes east along the AP-7.

The AP-7 toll motorway and the free A-7 coastal road both provide direct access along the Costa del Sol. Málaga Airport, the main international hub for the region, is approximately 85 kilometres east, roughly one hour by car. Gibraltar Airport is around 60 kilometres west, offering an alternative gateway particularly for connections to the United Kingdom. Marbella is 30 kilometres east and Algeciras 55 kilometres west.
