Restaurant with spacious dining areas both outdoors and indoors, a bar area, and a kitchen equipped and organized to the highest standards expected by any reputable chef. It has two preservation chambers and one freezing chamber, each measuring 2x2 meters.

The restaurant occupies the ground floor of the building, which is divided into two dining rooms:
- The indoor dining room, seating thirty guests, offers a warm and pleasant atmosphere.
- The outdoor dining area is designed for enjoying family meals al fresco, under cool covered terraces surrounded by lush Mediterranean vegetation and beautiful, fresh gardens.

The establishment, well-known to locals and visitors for the past thirty years, enjoys an excellent reputation. It offers traditional cuisine with modern touches, making use of local products (excellent meats, seafood, fish, and garden produce). Paellas are one of its many specialties.

The upper floor of the restaurant houses the family home, featuring four bedrooms, a living-dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, terraces, and a large laundry area with suitable machinery for the smooth operation of the business.

Next door is a ground-floor storage area and two functional, independent apartments above it with separate access (for staff accommodation).
