- Division of the first floor into two units (A-B) simultaneously with the change of use;
- Partial elevation on the flat roof of the building, creating a non-habitable attic with heights under 2.20m used as technical rooms;
- Modifications to window and door-window openings in size and position, causing changes to the building’s facades;
- Excavation work;
- Construction of a retaining wall.
