Calvia is the municipality that covers the southwest corner of Mallorca, encompassing some of the island’s most sought-after residential enclaves, including El Toro, Port Adriano, Santa Ponsa, and Portals Nous. The area has established itself as the premium address on the island, attracting an international ownership base drawn by the combination of elevated sea views, discreet residential streets, and proximity to a genuinely world-class marina.
