The estate comprises 4 buildings, the first of which includes storage areas, an office, bottling / BIB and labelling workshops, as well as a comfortable flat with centralised electric roller shutters, underfloor heating, central hoover and TV sockets in all rooms.

The second building comprises a shop/sales cellar with 17 vats, a bottling cellar with 8 vats, and a large stone house in need of renovation (subject to necessary permissions).

The third building is a wine storehouse with 20 vats.

The fourth building is an old wine storehouse with 26 vats.
