Résidence Unifamiliale À Duffield

Seldom do opportunities to own properties such as this one come along. This is not a listing that you just spend thirty minutes looking at - plan on at least half a day. It captured me the first time I ever saw it several years ago when I went there for a hay ride. 160 acres of land, with forests for hunting, 20-25 acres of tractor land for farming, two huge ponds stocked with catfish and bluegill and many outbuildings, including barn, two storage buildings, two equipment sheds, and even a dairy building close to the cabin. The cozy log cabin’s is wonderful, with its big fireplace in the living room for a roaring fire, wood floors, kitchen/dining combination, two main level bedrooms, washer/dryer hookups, and a loft for another bedroom. The ponds are fed by natural spring water year round. There are ATV trails galore, and the peach and quiet will make you want to leave the stress of city living and find what the good life really is. Extremely quiet and private piece of heaven, with your nearest neighbor a mile away. This is a place where you’ll not be listening for your cell phone, but to the crickets, hoot owls, and all of God’s wonderful creatures that abound all around you. Don’t forget the front porch, where you can kick back in your rocker and really feel like you’ve went back in time to what life used to be like. This is the one - raise your own cattle, chickens, pigs - till your own garden. Throw away the computer, cell phone, and tv reconnect with your loved ones, join up with close friends or family and buy it as your own private retreat. This place will not disappoint!
