Agricultural estate at Quinta da Abadia, a 49-hectare organic property, 5 minutes from Covilhã and the A23, with paved access right to the entrance gate.

It houses about 200 sheep, a milking area, cheese production area, a large warehouse, houses to renovate, and other spaces to restore.

Manor-style house with 4 bedrooms, bathroom, living room, and kitchen on the first floor, and a huge cellar on the ground floor still equipped with wine-making sinks.

To the east, bordered by the Zêzere River; to the north, by the Ribeira do Corge with abundant water. A major asset is the existence of two dams on the Ribeira do Corge that supply most of the property through flood irrigation.

It also has a spring over 300 meters long providing potable water to the buildings, an 8-meter diameter well reaching the water table level of the Zêzere River. In the center of the property, there is also a pond and a medium-sized reservoir.

With all these water sources, it is possible to irrigate extraordinarily fertile alluvial lands that have been under permanent pasture for over 20 years.

The entire area is fenced with barbed wire and cement posts, creating various paddocks that allow better pasture management for the animals.

Adding to the richness of Abadia are various fruit trees, such as cherry, apple, and pear trees, among others, lining half a hectare of [hidden information].
