Small winery is sold with its own wine production, of the Mallorcan grape variety ’Manto Negro’ in the town of COSTITX, in a very beautiful natural environment. The farm consists of 3 plots in cadastre, with a total area of 13,599 m2, where you have the grape vines, perfectly aligned and cared for, for maintenance, as well as an adjacent farm with carob trees and with a renovated agricultural construction that has 16 m2. The winery itself has a constructed area of 76 m2, and is prepared to store the wine produced, and also has a small dining room, kitchen and bathroom for tastings or pairings. The winery has electricity and borehole water. There are planted 5,000 feet of black mantle in its maximum splendor for the production of wine. Currently the wine bottling process is outsourced to a specialized company. The farm produces about 10,000 kgs of manto negro grapes per year, which is the equivalent of 9,000 bottles of 3/4 liters. It is a wine with excellent quality, with the attraction of being an autochthonous grape of Mallorca, highly valued on the island.
