Portals Nous is one of the most established residential enclaves on Mallorca’s southwest coast, sitting within the municipality of Calvia at an elevation that affords direct views over the Mediterranean. Its immediate neighbour, Puerto Portals, is widely regarded as one of the most prestigious marinas in the Balearics, and that proximity shapes the identity of the whole area.

Palma de Mallorca Airport lies roughly 18 kilometres away, a journey of under 20 minutes by road. The airport operates year-round international routes to most major European cities, with seasonal frequency increasing substantially between April and October, making this one of the better-connected residential locations in the western Mediterranean.
