Completed in 2016, the 170 sqm main residence is arranged over a ground floor and a first floor, with three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a separate guest WC. The kitchen comes equipped with an oven, a hob and a dishwasher, and every window is fitted with glazing, shutters and mosquito nets. Cooling and heating are both provided by air conditioning. The house is sold unfurnished, so a new owner can furnish it from scratch and to their own taste. Parking is available on site, and the property has a CCTV system and a municipal water supply.

Athens is roughly 80 kilometres to the north-east, about an hour by motorway via the A8, which keeps the capital within reach for weekend visits or a working week split between the two.
