House of 1903 of a traditional family from the city of Porto that until a few years ago inhabited the house.
Cellist Guilhermina Suggia passed through here. She was a friend of the family that owned the house and really liked to spend a few seasons in the house.
Currently the house is a Pilates and Yoga studio. Where the Pilates studio is now located, it was at the time the Music Room of the house, much frequented by Guilhermina Suggia.
Every year conservation work is carried out. The house was restored 16 years ago, keeping all the original work. There was no change. Only improvements were made at a sustainable level, that is, minimising the environmental impact and promoting the well-being of residents/occupants.
It has a tank in the laundry room that uses rainwater for watering and flushing the bathrooms.
