Terrain à Bâtir à Castelvetro DI Modena (Levizzano)

Nestled in a valley just a few kilometers south of Levizzano Rangone, the village consists of four ancient rural buildings arranged in an open courtyard, the earliest of which dates back to the early 17th century. This site is positioned on an elevated ridge above the road level, facing southeast, offering optimal solar exposure. The beauty of the location is enhanced by the presence of century-old oaks predominantly located on the northern side of the area. This project aims not only to restore the existing buildings but also to create a microcosm rich in spatial, emotional, and cultural relationships. The plan includes the construction of 4 units, two independent and two paired, all featuring private entrances and gardens. To highlight and enhance the natural beauty of the area and the notable points of the valley, the proposal includes the creation of three distinct terraces with various types of gardens, including: vegetable gardens, vineyards, and orchards.
