In the surroundings of Castelnuovo Berardenga in a beautiful panoramic position, hilly and reserved on the southern limit of Chianti Classico ancient farmhouse to renovate for about 1,300 sqm with 1 hectare of land around. The house is made of stone with brick finishing touches as in the best tradition of Chianti and has a very original zero shape that encloses an open space in the center, a shape that makes it very easy for the designer the possibility to create more independent housing units with private entrances and gardens.
