- Rez-de-chaussée : vaste hall d’entrée, chambres familiales, salle à manger, salon avec cheminée et portique, cuisine, salle de bains et chaufferie ;
- Premier étage : palier, chambre principale avec salle de bains privative, trois chambres doubles et deux salles de bains indépendantes.
L’appartement du propriétaire est accessible directement de l’extérieur par un escalier en pierre et se compose d’une vaste entrée avec vestiaire, cuisine, salon avec coin repas, studio (potentiellement une chambre ou utilisable pour agrandir la cuisine), trois chambres doubles et deux salles de bains.
