Villa Primaverina is a 357 m² villa situated on a 734 m² lot.

This iconic villa was built by Prince Jean Ghika of Romania and Moldavia for his wife, Marie-Hazel. She described this place as her sanctuary, where she drew the energy to devote herself to helping the most disadvantaged, funding social causes and hospitals, and thus becoming one of the most famous and iconic figures on the French Riviera.

Exterior work is currently underway. It includes:

- Renovation of the villa’s facade
- Roof repair
- Replacement of the windows
- Landscaping of the garden

The interior work has not been completed, leaving future buyers complete freedom to customize the space.
