Camp de Mar is a small, well-established coastal enclave on Mallorca’s southwest coast, within the municipality of Andratx. It occupies a sheltered bay framed by pine-covered hillsides, and its residential character is defined by low-density villas and discreet apartment buildings rather than mass tourism infrastructure. The area has long attracted a discerning international clientele drawn by its combination of direct beach access, a world-class golf course, and proximity to the more animated port of Andratx.

The Golf de Andratx course sits immediately adjacent to the enclave, alongside the Dorint hotel and spa. The fine-sand beach is walkable from most addresses. Puerto Andratx, with its waterfront restaurants including Restaurante Layn and Miramar, is a five-minute drive. Paguera offers broader day-to-day retail and dining within ten minutes.

Andratx town is roughly eight kilometres inland. Palma de Mallorca is accessible via the Ma-1 motorway in approximately 35 to 40 minutes by car. Palma’s Son Sant Joan Airport is similarly around 35 to 40 minutes from Camp de Mar, with direct connections to most major European cities and year-round scheduled services to London, Frankfurt, Zurich, and Scandinavia.
