Holiday finca with sea view between Portocolom and Cala Murada. The finca has a license for holiday rental and is suitable for up to 8 people. The 13,356 m² hillside plot on which this rustic property is located is surrounded by a pine forest and local nature and enjoys absolute privacy.
The property is located on the highest point of the plot, offering a spectacular panoramic view of the sea.
A little lower, right next to the property there is a small workshop with bathroom and storage room, as well as several parking possibilities. From here, an external staircase leads to the main entrance of the property, where you will also find the terrace and pool area with outdoor shower. The pool measures approximately 4x8 meters and offers a step-in for easy access. There is also a garage here which is currently used as a storage room and is equipped with a gas barbecue.
The ground floor features a light-filled dining area with chimney, a living/dining room and a kitchen with pantry. In addition, on this level are 2 bedrooms equipped with radiators and built-in wardrobes and 1 bathroom with shower and electric towel warmer.
Upstairs are 2 more bedrooms sharing 1 bathroom with bathtub and a utility room with terrace. Both bedrooms are equipped with radiators and one of them has its own balcony with sea view.
The plot is protected by a natural stone wall and is entered through a wide entrance gate. From here, a path of about 230 meters leads to the finca. After 170 meters, on the right side, there is a small shed with storage or parking space for garden tools or a small car. In addition, there are several local fruit trees and its own water well.
