In the beautiful region of Marche, centrally located to many medieval cities in central Italy, in the municipality of Cagli, close to Acqualagna, the truffle capital, Urbino, Gubbio, Arezzo, Assisi, and the Adriatic coast, lies this interesting real estate complex dating back to the 17th century. In the realm of Federico di Montefeltro, an old countryside property with a total usable area of approximately 590 square meters has been skillfully renovated while preserving the historical features of the rural farmhouses typical of the region. Seven apartments of various sizes have been created, all with independent entrances but also with the possibility of combining them if necessary, even temporarily.
