This residence, designed by the renowned architect Marcel Iancu in collaboration with Albert Krupper, and constructed by a team of builders belonging to Malaxa (a close friend of the lawyer William Hogget—this was his residence), stands as a veritable monument of elegance and history.

The famous lawyer Hogget, one of the foremost legal experts in mergers and demergers of large companies in the 1930s, represented Max Auschnitt in the 1942 trial, successfully winning the appeal that commuted his sentence. The negotiations took place over a week in the villa on Intrarea Caragiale Street.

The house still retains striking architectural elements today, testimonies to the architectural mastery of bygone eras: a monumental wooden interior staircase, doors with crystal glass, and wooden joinery, all contributing to its timeless charm.

The property covers an area of 214 sqm, with a ground floor footprint of 132 sqm and a total built area of 536 sqm. The building includes an underground garage, and the basement can accommodate auxiliary spaces for staff.
