The proposal presents a design that continues the established urban fabric in the surroundings, with a layout attached to existing buildings and road axes. This request aims to build three multifamily buildings along with their public infrastructure. The first building will be located on the southern part of the land and will have the privilege of being a four-front lot, serving as the southern-northern avenue terminus. The other two buildings will be placed consecutively, with spacing between the first lot and the others, respecting the existing measurements of nearby developments. On the eastern side of the land, there will be some road connections that existed but without definitive links. Exterior parking will also be provided in this part of the lot. The remaining area will be used for green spaces and pedestrian walkways.
