Maison Laure is an elegant five-bedroom house in a peaceful setting in the medieval town of Boulbon. Beautifully maintained and brimming with character, it is ideal accommodation for those seeking authentic Provençal style combined with modern comforts.

The elegant villa is accessed via a secluded courtyard. On the ground floor you will find a comfortable living room with a beamed ceiling and fireplace, a spacious dining room and a well-equipped kitchen. A mezzanine bedroom overlooks the living room, which in turn opens onto a terrace ideal for outdoor dining.

Upstairs, four further spacious bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms occupy the first and second floors.

Laure House is composed as follows:

Ground floor:

A large entrance hall with comfortable sitting area, fireplace and beamed ceiling
A double living room with a TV corner leading to a terrace
A charming and very well equipped kitchen with TV and breakfast table for 6 people
A dining room for up to 8 people with fireplace

Bedroom 2: single bedroom (90cm) for 1 child
Bedroom 3: Master bedroom with four poster bed (160cm), plasma TV and large en-suite bathroom with bath and walk-in shower. Views of the garden and pool.
Bedroom 4: Twin beds (90cm each) with terracotta floor, plasma TV and beamed ceiling. Separate en-suite bathroom (bath + shower attachment). Views over the garden and pool.

Second Floor

Bedroom 5: double bed (140cm) with plasma TV, en-suite shower room and separate WC located under the roof. Views over the garden and pool.
Bedroom 6: Double bedroom with double bed (160cm), Plasma TV and en-suite shower room. Views of the garden and pool.

OUTSIDE :

Private saltwater pool (8mx4m) with alarm and security cover.

A terrace with a shaded dining area (table for 8 people), barbecue.
A beautiful teak beach with sunbeds and garden furniture.

There is parking available in a shared private car park opposite the road.

Pool heating (maximum temperature 25 degrees, depending on the weather) included from 1 April to end of September. A higher temperature (up to 29 degrees) is available on request for an extra charge of EUR 200 per week).
