Torrequebrada is one of the most established residential addresses on the Costa del Sol, occupying a privileged stretch of coastline between Benalmádena and Fuengirola. The area takes its name from the landmark Torrequebrada casino and hotel complex, and has long been associated with a quieter, more refined version of coastal living than the busier resort centres nearby. South-facing hillside positions here deliver uninterrupted sea views across the Mediterranean toward the North African coastline.

The Benalmádena Costa seafront promenade, Puerto Marina, and the commercial centre of Arroyo de la Miel are all within a short drive. Puerto Marina offers a wide selection of restaurants and a working marina. Fuengirola market runs weekly and Málaga city centre is approximately 20 kilometres east.

Málaga Airport is roughly 15 kilometres from Torrequebrada, reachable in under 20 minutes by car, making this one of the better-connected residential zones on the western Costa del Sol. The A-7 coastal motorway and AP-7 toll road both provide direct access east to Málaga and west toward Marbella and Estepona. Benalmádena has a commuter rail station on the Cercanías C-1 line, connecting to Málaga city centre in approximately 30 minutes.
