Grâce à la préservation et à la mise en valeur des éléments architecturaux présents au rez-de-chaussée de la villa, il existe un salon, un lieu intime et familier réuni autour de la grande cheminée.
Sur le côté se trouve le bureau où les fonctions administratives sont exercées. Dans le bâtiment en face du restaurant agrémenté de la cave au plafond voûté, d’une grande cuisine ouverte et d’un hall avec des tables pour les clients. Le jardin d’hiver avec sa façade en fer et en verre est destiné au petit-déjeuner ou, le soir, utilisé comme salle de restaurant.
