Appartement Moderniste À Rénover Dans L'eixample

Large stately apartment located in a privileged area between Passeig de Gràcia and Passeig Sant Joan, known for its architecture, fashion shops, and high-end restaurants, with excellent communication throughout Barcelona. The property is situated in a modernist building dating back to 1910, featuring an elevator and concierge service. The apartment has 137 m² built and impresses from the entrance with original modernist elements such as Nolla mosaic floors, coffered ceilings, and decorative carpentry and moldings. The apartment requires renovation. The new layout would allow for a spacious living-dining room with kitchen and two double en-suite bedrooms with their own dressing room, plus two sunny galleries and a balcony overlooking the street. The price for a renovated apartment is €1,215,000. Spectacular apartment with great potential in the heart of modernist Barcelona.
