Terrain Avec Projet à Vilafranca

Vilafranca de Bonany is a small, unhurried agricultural town in the interior of Mallorca, set among the flat plains of the Pla region. It is known across the island for its melon production and its deeply rooted rural character, with a pace of life that contrasts sharply with the coastal resorts. The surrounding landscape is defined by dry-stone walls, almond groves, and open farmland, offering a sense of space and privacy that is increasingly rare on the island.

The town has a weekly market and several local cafes along its main street. Manacor, the second-largest city in Mallorca, is approximately 10 kilometres to the east and provides supermarkets, medical facilities, and a broader range of restaurants and services. Petra and Sant Joan are similarly close for day-to-day needs.

Palma de Mallorca is roughly 45 kilometres to the west, accessible via the Ma-15 road in under an hour by car. Palma Airport, one of the busiest in Spain with direct connections to most major European cities, is approximately 50 kilometres from Vilafranca, making it reachable in around 45 to 50 minutes by car. There is no direct rail connection to Palma from Vilafranca, so a private vehicle is essential for daily life in this location.
