Port Adriano is a privately developed marina enclave on the southwest coast of Mallorca, within the municipality of Calvia. Redesigned by Philippe Starck and completed in 2012, the harbour is one of the most architecturally considered marinas in the Mediterranean, attracting a clientele of superyacht owners and design-conscious buyers. The surrounding residential area carries that same premium positioning, set against a coastline of rocky coves and clear water, with a noticeably quieter and more curated character than the busier resorts to the east.
Day to day, residents walk to the marina promenade for dining at restaurants including La Escollera and Tatel, which opened its Mallorca outpost here. The nearby town of El Toro provides a supermarket and everyday services. Santa Ponsa, a short drive east, offers additional retail and a larger beach.
Palma city centre is approximately 20 kilometres east, reachable in around 25 minutes by car via the Ma-1 motorway. Palma de Mallorca Airport is roughly 18 kilometres away, a journey of under 20 minutes by road. The airport operates year-round international routes to major European cities, with significantly expanded connections from April through October.
