- Distance between fronts: see Article 3 of these N.I.A.
- Land buildability index (If): 2.5 cubic meters per sqm
These parameters do not apply to the construction of bell towers, civic towers, etc.

4. Accessory and functional activities related to the specific PRG destination may also be hosted in buildings in zone G.

5. In areas designated as public green, only structures necessary for management, use, and furnishing of the green space are allowed, as well as sports facilities compatible with green space use. Public neighborhood green designation is always allowed for areas intended for other facilities listed in paragraph 1.

6. In green areas designated as ”linear park” along the former Alifana railway track, intended as a bike path, any construction is prohibited. Fuel stations are also forbidden. Planting of trees, shrubs, pavements, and outdoor activity areas are allowed.

7. In parking zones (P), multi-story buildings, both above and below ground, may be built for use as parking garages. Ground floors may also host commercial, administrative activities, public establishments, and similar.

8. The provision of parking areas must be sized according to the facilities, based on a specific study to be attached to the project.”
