D’autre part, des licences municipales ont été obtenues auprès de la mairie d’Artá pour 2 nouvelles maisons individuelles, à construire grâce à la séparation de 2 parties de terrain de la parcelle principale.
La première des maisons projetées a une surface à construire au rez-de-chaussée d’environ 183 m2 plus environ 16,25 de porches également au rez-de-chaussée, plus une annexe d’environ 39,98 m2, qui sera répartie en 4 chambres avec leurs salles de bains respectives, hall d’entrée, salon-salle à manger, cuisine et couloir ; tandis que l’annexe sera utilisée comme garage, buanderie, salle des machines et toilettes. Il sera également doté d’une piscine et de terrasses. Licence accordée.
La deuxième maison aura une superficie d’environ 138 m2 au rez-de-chaussée, plus environ 11,37 porches, plus une annexe d’environ 30 m2. Cette maison ne comptera que 3 chambres avec leurs salles de bain respectives, la distribution restante étant la même que la première. Licence accordée.
Localité et lieux d’intérêt
Situé entre les montagnes du parc naturel de la péninsule de Levante et la baie d’Alcudia, Colonia de Sant Pere est un village tranquille doté d’un petit port dans la municipalité d’Arta, sur la côte est de Majorque. La grande plage de sable de Sa Canova n’est qu’à quelques minutes et cette partie de la côte est réputée pour être un paradis pour toutes sortes de sports nautiques. Locality and places of interest
Situated between the mountains of the Natural Park of the Levante peninsula and the Bay of Alcudia, Colonia de Sant Pere is a quiet village with a small harbour in the municipality of Arta, on the east coast of Majorca. The large sandy beach of Sa Canova is mere minutes away and this part of the coast is famous as a paradise for all kinds of aquatic sports. The Golf Club of Capdepera can be reached within 20 minutes by car and Palma is about 70 km away.
