Set on the top floor of a historic building dating from 1906, this distinctive loft of approximately 90 sqm offers a contemporary interpretation of a space with strong architectural character, in a central Lisbon location on Avenida Almirante Reis, just a few minutes from Baixa.

Fully renovated in 2022, the apartment occupies the attic level of the building and immediately stands out for its impressive interior proportions. An OKULTUS door with an electromagnetic closing system and OLIVARI hardware completes the design.

Further details include switches and sockets designed by Portuguese architect Siza Vieira, bespoke natural silk and velvet curtains by Atelier Fátima Neto, and hand-painted wallpaper imported from the United States.

The furniture and decorative elements bring together pieces from different countries and design traditions, contributing to the loft’s eclectic and cosmopolitan identity.
