Built in 1878, the house is surrounded by a centuries-old well-planted park overlooking the lake and the entire historic center of Arona.

All this is part of the larger historical and naturalistic complex of the Rocca Borromea since the villa borders the castle park to the north.

The property is on three levels plus a basement for a total of about 400 square meters.

On the ground floor there is a large living room with fireplace and original terrazzo floor, spacious kitchen, a bathroom, an antique veranda (in wood, iron and glass). The large staircase leading to the floors is not the original one but was modified in the 60s.

The sleeping area consists of a hallway, three bedrooms with original larch parquet. The master bedroom has a decorated plaster ceiling and a period marble fireplace. Large bathroom and small boiler/laundry room adjacent to the stairwell.

On the second and last floor there is an independent apartment with entrance, kitchen, living room, two bedrooms and two bathrooms and 3 balconies, two of which are made of wood with ornamental motifs that enjoy a panoramic view of the lake and the historic center.

In the highest part of the park there was originally a Octagonal gazebo, to be completely restored, consisting of a brick wall and a series of nineteenth-century cast iron columns.

Another observation point - where a second wrought iron gazebo has been laid, is located in the most extreme and panoramic point of the park accompanied by a circular table and 6 armchairs with ornamental motifs of the early twentieth century.
