This authentic Provencal farmhouse dating from 1830, rich in history and with a surface area of 300m2, is fully air-conditioned and features six en suite bedrooms and a large heated salt-treated swimming pool to welcome you and ensure your dream vacation. Entirely restored by Scapa Home, you’ll be seduced by its meticulous decor and top-of-the-range amenities. You’ll enjoy relaxing in the shade of the majestic Platane tree dating from 1680, or around the brazier at sunset, playing pétanque, ping-pong or badminton.

Situated in the middle of a large, private, unoverlooked 3-hectare nature reserve equipped with an anti-mosquito system, just 4 km from the historic and cultural city of Arles, Mas d’Images is also an ideal base for visiting the Camargue and its beaches 25 minutes away, the rock formations of Les Baux-de-Provence and the hills of the Alpilles 20 minutes away. The prestigious Manville and Servanes golf courses are a 15-minute drive away.

Vincent Van Gogh came to relax in the garden of this exceptional mas at the invitation of Docteur Félix Rey. Today, this welcoming place has been the subject of a charming renovation.

The mas consists of a main house (le Mas) with a living and dining room with fireplace, an authentic kitchen and 5 spacious 25 m2 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. In the annex, there’s a large living room that opens entirely onto the outside, and another bedroom with bathroom, ideal for those who want a little more privacy.

The farmhouse is composed as follows:

First floor:

Fully equipped kitchen with large work table and wood-fired pizza oven.
All modern appliances such as dishwasher, large Side-by-Side refrigerator, Morice gas stove with electric oven and gas fire, microwave, kettle, juicer, toaster and luxury coffee machine (JUNO brand). French windows lead from the kitchen to a large terrace with chairs and dining table.

Living room with sitting area, fireplace, two comfortable armchairs and TV. A passageway leads to the dining room with a large table for 10, a buffet and a fan above the table.

Guest toilet with WC and shower

Laundry room with 2 washing machines and 2 tumble dryers, as well as a freezer and an additional large refrigerator.

The property sleeps up to 12 people in 6 bedrooms with air-conditioning and en-suite bathrooms for added comfort and privacy. Bathrooms are equipped with Geberit, Hans Grohe accessories and ”Une olive en Provence” organic toiletries.
