Puerto Andratx is a beautiful natural harbour surrounded by coves with the crystal-clear
turquoise waters that Mallorca is so famous for. Until a few decades ago, Port d’Andratx was
a port of refuge for fishermen who fished for shrimp on the nearby coasts of Ibiza, and for
the once barely 3,000 inhabitants. Today, Puerto Andratx has transformed itself
into a modern, exclusive and very well-equipped village that benefits from a lively maritime
activity with more than 500 berths in the harbour.
The sea always in front of you, the mountains behind you, the sun warm on your skin and
the salty smell of the air: this unique, refreshing, invigorating, blissful lifestyle is what you
will find here, in this villa in Puerto Andratx. The unique location of this villa is special, and
we are sure that you will fall in love with this dream house by the sea right at the first viewing. Natural stone flooring with underfloor heating
