Maison Avec Propriété à Bordeira

The complex consists of four houses and is completely self-sufficient (electricity and water). The main house, with 200 m², was built in 2000 using traditional adobe construction. It has two bedrooms (T2), one with an ensuite bathroom. The other three houses (together, with an additional 300 m²) and the swimming pool were built in 2012 and 2020, respectively. Two of these houses are located in the vicinity of the main house and each has a living room, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, and access to the pool.

The third house has three bedrooms. It is located slightly away from the others and also has a magnificent sea view. It was designed and built in such a way that it can be easily converted into two independent units.

Electricity is supplied by a photovoltaic system (a backup generator is also available).

Potable and domestic water supply is provided by a licensed artesian well with a filtration system. Hot water is supplied by solar thermal energy or a wood-burning stove. Heating is provided by underfloor heating, a wood-burning stove, a wood-burning stove, and solar thermal energy. There is also a large shed that serves as shelter for tractors and excavators, among other equipment.

Charcoal barbecues are available, and there is also a large pizza oven on the pool terrace and in front of the main house.

The saltwater pool (10 x 5 m) is heated by solar thermal energy, and the circulation pump is also powered by solar energy.

Equipment
All houses are built to German standards and have PVC windows and doors, double insulation, locks with handles, and insect screens or shutters. The floors are tiled; all bathrooms are tiled with high-quality tiles in the same style, and the showers are at ground level and have rain showers.
