This space has the purpose of implementing a 4 (four) star Apart-hotel for tourist exploitation. The plot has a total area of 60,125m2 with a possible construction area of 19,800m2, plus 4,800m2 of basement area.

The buildings that will make up this tourist and hotel development may have a maximum height of 2 (two) floors and a total of 150 accommodation units, spread over 58 T1 apartments, 66 with 2 bedrooms and 26 V3 villas.

There are two types of apartment configurations: T1 (one bedroom with shared bathroom) and T2 (two bedrooms with two bathrooms, one of which is en suite). All apartments will have a private balcony and an open plan kitchen, communicating with the living and dining areas.
