Alaró is a small inland village at the foot of the Serra de Tramuntana, the mountain range that runs along the northwest of Mallorca and carries UNESCO World Heritage status. The airport operates direct routes to most major European cities, with flight times of two to three hours to London, Paris, Frankfurt, and Zurich, making Alaró a practical base for buyers who travel frequently.
