Modern and authentic finca in Alaró. This modern and authentic country house, over 200 years old, has been completely renovated to the highest standards. It combines the advantages of an idyllic country house with those of a village house, as it is just a few minutes’ walk from the old town of Alaró. The 200 m² house is distributed over two floors. The ground floor is completely open-plan and combines living room, kitchen, and dining area. The heart of the house is the custom kitchen, with integrated brand appliances. The corner window of the dining room opens completely on both sides, creating a sense of spaciousness and a total connection with the outside. The living area, with natural stone wall, concrete beams, and a matte black floating fireplace, is particularly cozy. All floors are seamless microcement with integrated underfloor heating. A minimalist black iron staircase leads to the upper floor, with three bedrooms. The master bedroom combines Mallorcan stone walls and concrete beams, and has an en-suite bathroom with shower and a private terrace with wonderful views. Completing the floor is a large bathroom with shower and freestanding bathtub and a spacious third bedroom. Outside, a large saltwater pool with a relaxation area, also in microcement, takes on a beautiful iridescent tone in the sunlight. The picturesque village of Alaró is located in a quiet valley between two well-known mountains, south of the Serra de Tramuntana, in the center of Mallorca. With over 5,700 inhabitants, it is about 20 minutes from Palma, the airport, and the nearest beaches. It is known for its ancient architecture, cobbled streets, Saturday market, and international atmosphere. On the mountain stands the Castell d’Alaró, at 822 meters, with stunning views, and its surroundings offer some of the best hiking and cycling routes on the island.
