The property boasts private access to the sea and breathtaking views (both sea and garden view). Surrounded by the greenery of nature, it guarantees maximum privacy to its guests.
Among the outdoor spaces, we find:
La propiedad cuenta con acceso privado al mar y vistas impresionantes (vistas al mar y al jardín). Rodeado de la vegetación de la naturaleza, garantiza la máxima privacidad a sus huéspedes.
Entre los espacios al aire libre, encontramos: una gran terraza a la sombra de una glicina centenaria, un comedor al aire libre, una zona de relajación con sombrilla y un solárium con tumbonas, para relajarse mientras disfruta de las hermosas vistas al mar y al paisaje circundante.
Desde la puerta de entrada a la villa hay que bajar 39 escalones, mientras que desde la villa hasta el solárium hay 23 escalones.
Los huéspedes también tienen acceso a una plataforma rocosa privada desde donde pueden tomar el sol y darse un chapuzón en el mar azul. Para llegar a la plataforma rocosa, hay que bajar 180 escalones.
La propiedad, distribuida en 2 plantas y decorada con buen gusto, puede alojar hasta 10 personas con un total de 5 habitaciones dobles y 5 baños. También hay una habitación individual adicional (con un costo adicional).
Planta baja: en el sótano hay 2 dormitorios con camas dobles (que se pueden dividir en dos camas individuales) y baño privado con ducha. Ambas habitaciones tienen una hermosa vista del mar.
Primera planta: nos recibe una sala de estar grande y luminosa con sofás blancos y ventanas francesas que permiten el acceso directo al patio exterior. El siguiente es un comedor formal con una mesa de madera para 10 personas y una cocina totalmente equipada con nevera, horno, lavavajillas y microondas.
La zona de dormitorio consta de: 1 dormitorio con cama doble (no divisible), baño privado con bañera y vistas al jardín; 2 dormitorios con cama doble (que se puede dividir en dos camas individuales). Solo 3 dormitorios tienen vistas al mar, mientras que el cuarto tiene vistas al jardín.
A lo largo del pasillo hay 2 baños: uno con ducha y el otro con bañera y ducha.
Hay aire acondicionado en las 5 habitaciones dobles.
Tenga en cuenta que solo se puede acceder a esta villa a pie y no es adecuada para personas con dificultades de movilidad. Un ascensor privado conecta el puerto con la calle peatonal que conduce al faro cercano. La villa está a unos 10 minutos (300 metros) a pie del centro del pueblo si utiliza el ascensor que conecta el puerto con el sendero, y a 20 minutos sin el ascensor.
El aparcamiento privado no está disponible. Si tiene un automóvil, puede estacionarlo en uno de los garajes privados cerca de la plaza de Portofino.

The property boasts private access to the sea and breathtaking views (both sea and garden view). Surrounded by the greenery of nature, it guarantees maximum privacy to its guests.
Among the outdoor spaces, we find: a large terrace shaded by a centuries-old wisteria, an outdoor dining area, a relaxation area with umbrella and a solarium with sun loungers, to relax while enjoying the beautiful sea view and the surrounding landscape.
From the entrance gate to the villa you have to go down 39 steps while from the villa to the solarium there are 23 steps.
Guests also have access to a private rock platform from where they can sunbathe and take a dip in the blue sea. To reach the rock platform, you have to go down 180 steps.
The property, spread over 2 floors and tastefully furnished, can accommodate up to 10 people for a total of 5 double bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. There is also an additional single bedroom (at an additional cost).
Ground floor: In the basement there are 2 bedrooms with double beds (which can be divided into two single beds) and ensuite bathroom with shower. Both bedrooms have a beautiful view of the sea.
First floor: We are welcomed by a large and bright living room with white sofas and French windows that allow direct access to the outdoor patio. Next is a formal dining room with a wooden table for 10 people, and a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, oven, dishwasher and microwave.
The sleeping area consists of: 1 bedroom with double bed (not divisible), ensuite bathroom with bathtub and garden view; 2 bedrooms with double bed (which can be divided into two single beds). Only 3 bedrooms have a sea view, while the fourth has a garden view.
Along the corridor there are 2 bathrooms: one with a shower and the other with a bathtub and shower.
Air conditioning is present in the 5 double bedrooms.
Please note that this villa is only accessible by foot, and is not suitable for people with mobility difficulties. A private elevator connects the port with the pedestrian street that leads to the nearby lighthouse. The villa is about 10 minutes (300 meters) walk from the village center if you use the elevator that connects the port to the walking path, and 20 minutes without the elevator.
Private parking is not available. If you have a car, you can park it in one of the private garages near the square of Portofino.
