Residential In Winston Salem

Imagine calling one of North Carolina’s most storied pieces of history home. For anyone who has ever dreamed of running their own bed-and-breakfast, the Zevely Inn offers a rare opportunity. Built in 1844 and listed on the National Historic Register, this beautifully restored landmark stands in the heart of Old Salem as an active, beloved inn with a loyal, returning clientele. A meticulous 1993 restoration preserved original millwork throughout, and recent improvements include a new roof and new back porches and railings. The Inn offers 12/13 well-appointed guest rooms — including one two-bedroom suite with its own sitting room, all with en-suite bathrooms — plus a separate innkeeper’s apartment. Steps from Salem College and minutes from UNCSA and Wake Forest, the property sits in NC’s most visited historic district. A rare opportunity to turn a lifelong dream into a living piece of Old Salem’s history. Property to be sold fully furnished. Photos of parking area will be added.
