A Plot For Sale On Pušu St. In Žverynas

In one of the most valuable and architecturally intact streets of Žvėrynas – Pušų g. – a regular rectangular land plot of 8.21 acre with city utilities is for sale.

There is a wooden house on the plot, the technical condition of which does not correspond to the potential and architectural value of the place. Therefore, it is natural to replace it with a new building that meets modern standards of luxury living, subtly integrated into the architectural context of old Žvėrynas.

It is important to emphasize that neither the existing house nor the plot itself is included in the register of immovable cultural values, therefore it is possible to design a new building, maintaining the perimeter building type and increasing the height (this will require a revision of the detailed plan).

PARAMETERS:

Permissible number of floors of the new building - 2 floors with an attic

Permissible height of the new building from the ground surface - up to 12 m

Permissible building intensity - up to 0.60

Permissible building density - up to 40%

Type of building - perimeter

Maximum number of apartments on the plot - 2
